Well, we have been dancing with seniors, dancing with juniors and dancing with anyone willing to join in. Everything from pushing wheelchairs at a senior center to leading around dozens of schoolchildren. The kids have been troopers. We had one full day at a school where we had six sessions of teaching. It was exhausting just to watch them but their youthful energy pulled them through.
All of the kids are holding up well.

Folkids

Folkids of Vermont is a group based in Burlington,Vermont that performs traditional New England dances and songs. Each new group of 10-17 year olds learns dances that were popular in Vermont in the late 1800s and then performs them to audiences around the region. At the end of a session, which lasts about a year, we travel overseas to spend two to three weeks in another country sharing our dances and songs with them.
