Glen Canyon Dam

To the chagrin of some, this dam flooded Glen canyon and other smaller canyons to create Lake Powell. I have mixed emotions. It sure is a beautiful Lake.

Well Let's catch up! it is Tuesday morning. We leave Moab, Utah and head South. We arrive at Monument Valley on the Navajo Reservation. Entry to this area is by cash only so we head back out to the Gouldlings Trading Post to get some cash from the ATM. Monument Valley is not a place for a nice vehicle.
