All is well here in Huaraz! I recovered from my stomach bug which I feel came about from eating grilled pig in the outdoor market- not a good idea- no "iron stomach" here. Just could not resist- everyone is so friendly and wants you to try their local food. Today we biked from Huaraz to 12,500 ft through some of the most beautiful country I have ever seen. Follow us as we travel from Anchorage, Alaska to the Peruvian Andes to the depth of the Grand Canyon and to the winter wonderland of Tirol, Austria! Jeff is currently in Huaraz, Peru with our good friend Brij Potnis, and myself, Adrienne and JT Lindholm will join them in Cuzco on October 11th. From there we will travel to Lake Titicaca and Arequipa. Jeff and Brij will be in Peru until November 13th and the rest of us will return November 4th.
