Stupid Incan drawbridge

The lonely planet recommended this half hour walk to see the remains of an incan drawbridge. Like fools, we struggled through thick vegetation, life and death experiences, and extreme starvation, and half an hour later, we got to see what was effectively a tree thrown across a gap in their walls. First time I've been unimpressed with the incas. They could at least have put chains and a winch so they could control access.

I think that a trip to the ancient city hidden in the cloud forests of peru should just about do it!
