Vietnam! So we arrived in Hanoi 2 weeks ago. We were told that the local people in Northern Vietnam especially were not very nice, but so far everything has been really good with a couple of exceptions. In Hanoi we took a taxi to the waterpark, instead of using his meter (which he could take us on a more scenic route to up the charge) we agreed on a set price of 60,000 dong (approx $3.70 CN ... read more

Hey everyone. So after going to school for the past 16 years of my life I've decided to mix it up a bit! I'm not sure exactly what the internet access or phones situation will be like. However, hopefully I can keep you as informed as possible while I venture into SouthEast Asia, with only a week worth of clothes in my backpack, for three months. Sounds like a challenge... I know!
