Some other backpackers told me that there was a beatuful boat crossing including some hiking into Argentina......I had to hurry to make it in time for the wednesday ferry, but hurrying and hitching is not a good combination. I broke my record of waiting !! it went up from one hour (and that in 3 weeks hitchhiking!!!) to 7 hours, yeah almost a full day. next day was sort of the same couse just a c ... read more

Hey I'm Matt from Holland (25). I love to travel and by this way, you may understand a bit why.
After working as a tourguide in Norway and Canada for a couple months, I just started traveling in Latin America. From Cancun, Mexico I follow the Maya Route down to Panama. From there I will go to Patagonia to do some camping and outdoorsports!!
2 years ago I started travelling, to Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia (incl. Borneo),Thailand,Laos and Cambodia. I loved being in the nature, hiking, camping, surfing, diving and so much more. Met so many friendly and great people....and you know what... full info
