Having left 'Maggies' under threat from Cyclone Jim, we had our fingers crossed for good weather on our Whitsundays trip. Jeremy Houston/Linda Durack
After years of commuting by rail and road, we both decided enough was enough and to take the plunge and plan a Round the World trip. Six months was the limit we set, but who knows if we'll stick to it?? This trip has been in the pipeline for at least 18 months, and once the money was saved, the jabs done (ouch!), it was all systems go.
