Looking back on Ko Phi Phi, I cant say that it was what I wanted from the island. Having been in Koh Pahnagan and Koh Tao for a while, I felt like Phi Phi was a poor imitation of both, and had no real substance. However, the island was heavily hit by the 2004 tsunami, and its understandable that the place is recovering from mass destruction.
