Phill and I pose for a picture after a hard weights session. I really enjoyed being on Koh Phangan and being so active every day. While the vast majority of backpackers lounged on the beach, preparing themselves for the next night of drinknig, Phill and I were hard at work. Nothing feels quite as good as doing something great for you body.
