Lotus Temple
This temple (surrounded by pools to keep it cool in the summer) welcomes those of all faiths to come pray and/or meditate silently according to their own religion with an emphasis on universal peace. I especially enjoyed hearing 3 singers perform here: an Indian Hindu who sung in Hindi, an Asian Buddhist who sung in a language I didn't recognize, and an American Christian who sung in English.
