taken on our fourth pass over the niger river (don't ask - more on that later)...a 'new' body of water for me, but same old gorgeous african sunset...

Mali is big. I mean REALLY big. One becomes acutely aware of this when travelling from one end of it to the other on a 1985 Yamaha Tenere 600 motorcycle.
