Wellington Madness on Thursday! Today, we checked out of our rooms at the Turangi Leisure Lodge and headed south to Wellington. It took about 5 hours - a bit more than usual due to lots of road maintenance. :-( But a pretty drive - lots of cows and sheep. We made our way into Wellington with Aunt Susan at the wheel.
