CULEBRA ISLAND, PR Culebra Island is a small island at the east of Puerto Rico. Is 20 miles east from Fajardo and 15 miles west of St Thomas. Is a 7 miles long and 4 miles wide island and for me is the ultimate Caribbean Paradise. There is no fast food places, and just a few complex (locals want to keep it that way).
