Our Bus arrived in Phnom Penh nearly two hours late, and hungover from the Chinese New Year party the night before, I was feeling pretty ragged. The people speak good english here and despite a local currency, most outlets quote prices in UD$. We had an awesome luxury roomwith balcony in a casino hotel above a busy city centre intersection for about $NZ25. ... read more
