We went from Christchurch down to Dunedin and the Otago peninsular. Dunedin is a nice city, lots of old buildings. The Otago peninsular is rural - lots of wildlife. We saw some blue penguins in Omaru - the peguins stay in the Sea all day and then return to land when it gets dark every evening.
