There are TONS of Pachinko / Slot Machine parlors all over Japan. Supposedly they aren't allowed to gamble; the chips are balls (for pachinko) are supposed to be exchanged for prizes they have in the front. However, I was told that most places will exchange your chips / pachinko balls , for cash.

Hello All, OK where to start. First off, this keyboard (typical Japanese keyboard) is really slowing me down.
