Coffee Plants

Nam stopped at a coffee plantation and gave me a very informative explanation of how coffee beans grow, their life cycles, and the different kinds grown in the Central Highlands. He said that Vietnam is the worlds 2nd largest coffee exporter behind Colombia.

From Coffee to Sea and a Merry Christmas

Today is the 26th and I have a lot to tell about from the past week. On the 17th I caught a bus from Saigon up into the Central Highlands town of Dalat.
