We had heard lots of good reports from fellow travellers about Singapore Zoo and decided to dedicate a day to it. We weren't disappointed in the slightest!! We caught the MRT to a station near the Kranji War memorial, where the name of my grandfathers brother was engraved in memory of this loss during the war.
