Well damo spent all of yesterday horizontal in his bed and i was down teh beach. We met Zoe and Paul for lunch before they got the boat it has been so so good to have soem time with them and we ahve had a really nice time its made Phi Phi a great part of my trip they are such a lovely couple and i cant wait to see them on my return to teh uk.
