Lucky, Lucky me...Val from Santa Fe flew 12000 miles to spend 12 days in Beijing and Hong Kong. Jo Sun (Hello) Friends! I am traveling to the City University of Hong Kong in 2006-2007 to gather data for the dissertation phase of my Public Administration doctorate from the University of West Florida.
