November 7th - November 21st: My trip to Ha Noi started with an agonizng overnight train from Hue. After a two hour routine delay I climbed aboard and entered my sleeper car to find the room inhabited by an extra 3 passengers - instead of 4 people we were now 7 and every inch of space was taken up by luggage or sprawling appendages.
