First stop, One Mile Beach in Anna Bay, which is in the Port Stephens area which is about 2.5 hours north of Sydney. Port Stephens is home to one of the largest pods of dolphins in Australia, and has really great snorkelling and scuba diving and some great surfing on the eastern side. All of which we didn’t do any.
