Pohutukawa blossom

This is a close-up of what colours many native trees this time of year. The tree has windy branches and grows to a huge size. It adds lovely colour at the Christmas season.
Sightseeing around Silverdale

My Unitarian friend Liz and her partner Fraser took me to various interesting spots around Silverdale. They live in a community between Albany where my aunt Gael Hope lives, and Silverdale.
