Travelling to Quito with an electrical student as a seat mate required only two hours. Being in the aisle seat, on a public bus that was totally full, I had no opportunity to take shots of the countryside. Driving into the city involved going thru numerous tunnels up steep streets and down steep inclines thru another tunnel.
