Uluru (Ayers Rock) and Kata Tjuta (The Olgas) are found in the middle of the baking hot desert, but luckily for me next to Yulara, a purpose built complex. I stayed on the campsite for $13 a night, but as one company owns the lot anybody within the complex can use any of the facilities.
