South Crater and Mt Doom
Steadily climbing higher and higher. Well..I wouldn't call it steady, more like 70o climb with big beast rucksack.

Hey all. Thanks for all the comments, I'll get round to replying soon, I promise. This blog simply covers my 4 days of the Tongariro hike, so I'll try not to waffle..too much. Deciding to do the Tongariro Northern Circuit itself was the 1st difficult decision; most just do the famous 1-day 'Tongariro Crossing' and leave satisfied with it ticked off their list. Comment on South Crater and Mt Doom
I've just finished University, at Leeds studying Geography, and have a year free. Since I didn't take a 'gap' year, but have had a taste of travelling for a while, it would seem only inevitable that 9-months away, continuing the geography experience, is in order.
Thought I'd keep a blog instead of pestering peeps every few days with mass emails about giant scorpions and losing my luggage in a semi-humorous way. Feel free to email me tho, and I will reply :)
