A bit late with the blog but when you are thinking in Gwungdongwa (Cantonese), your English gets a bit rusty! Jo Sun (Hello) Friends! I am traveling to the City University of Hong Kong in 2006-2007 to gather data for the dissertation phase of my Public Administration doctorate from the University of West Florida.
