Well we decided to leave San Pedro and head to Quetzaltenango, called Xela for short. We could tell the day would be interesting just from the start. We go out to find a tuk tuk to take us to the chicken bus stop, and the drivers tells us everything is free. Appearantly there is some type of anniversary and all the rides are free for the day.
