Today is Tuesday February 1st because we have the crossed the international date line and gained a day. We had no January 31st. We were 6 hours behind the east coast but now are18 hours ahead (I think). We set our clocks back at each time zone until we get to London and then pick up the final 5 or 6 hours (depending on Daylight Saving Time) on the flight home.
