With the sky according to Matt Groening. The area around the Boulders is beautiful. Cape National Parks has restricted the access to the beach where the penguins live. Which is undoubtedly for the best of all Though there's a very un-genuine feel to the "penguin-experience" with all the fences and board walks. P.S. There are easy ways to slip in without paying, for those who want to save 25 rand.
