Sean: We spent a couple of days in Little Rock checking out the sites and waiting for the powers that be to open up the city. Looking back now we know that that was a laughable idea, but back then we thought for sure that the Corps of Engineers would fix the levee breeches quickly and that this unfortunate flooding would be pumped out lickety split.
