Eight, nine or ten
It we are to be strict, I have visited eight US states - counting only those where I have both slept at least one night and done some sightseeing (Florida, California, Nevada, Iowa, Illinois, New York, New Jersey and Maryland). But I want to throw in Puerto Rico as well. It is not a state though, it is an unincorporated territory. Also I would like to count Washington, D.C. even though I never slept there and even though it is no state. I look forward to read your stories from the US. /Ake
