Ady and I took the night train from Vientiane (Laos) to Bangkok this morning, Ady with a dodgy tummy and me with that dose of food poisoning!!! We arrived in Bangkok at 8am and jumped in a taxi to The good old Grand President Hotel, we are becoming locals the doormen recognise us!! As we checked in we were told we had been upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite with a lounge which was very nice... We n ... read more
