Northern Ground Hornbill

Ethiopia has thousands of varieties of birds, many of which are endemic. My favorite was the abyssinian catbird, no picture, but the most beautiful bird sound I've ever heard. Lammergeier's with their 6m wingspan also are one of my favorites. Watching them glide the wind streams around cliff edges in the Simiens was mesmerizing.
