Dogs rule

Cusco is a very dog friendly town. People here love their dogs and on any day that's slightly chilly you'll see most dogs sporting sweaters and jackets. Even if they don't have collars, most dogs aren't strays. People here don't have yards, so dogs are let out in the street to run around, usually unsupervised. I thought that dogs controlled the streets before, but now they really do.
