Boat stopping at Skull Island on the film Kong

Now this is interesting! You know the part in Kong when they arrive in Skull Island on the Boat and they come to a stop. The boat which is used to film it is TINY! It's in a little lake of water with the dark mountains of skull Island as a back drop. The boat was filmed to look bigger on screen.
