The last day out was a sea day as Carnival Sunshine sailed from Grand Turk back to Florida. There was time to play trivia and to read. We were sailing off the Abacos, on the eastward side of the Bahamas this time, at the edge of the Sargasso Sea. The sea was full of clumps of sargasso, or seaweed, and tiny flying fish abounded. In midday, there was an ice carving demonstration on the Lido deck. It's always enjoyable to watch as the ice sculptor creates a sculpture out of a block of ice.

In the evening, Susan and I had dinner at the Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse, the extra charge restaurant on Carnival Sunshine. A nice conclusion to another great cruise.
