In Rotorua I found a place where you can race go carts, its lots of fun. I went with Bret, Danny, Hunter, Tyler, and Natalie.
Today we got up and had some breakfast. It is our last day in Rotorua. Rachel, Pat, Tyler and I are on the 2nd flight to Wellington. We plan on walking around the city, have lunch, than catch our flight.
Rotorua is a pretty cool place. Its about the size of Boulder. It is on the edge of a big lake that has an island in the middle of it. There is a Maori legend about a tribe living on that island which is pretty cool. Today I ate at the Pig and Whistle which is a restaurant/bar on the main street of Rotorua with Rachel, Tyler and Pat. Its name is because the building was used as a Police Station many years ago and is a very old building. There is alot of history there and the food was good. Rotorua is a small city, its fun but there is only a few days' worth of stuff to do there and then its time to move on, which is what we are doing...
