Our mission was to bike a whopping 800 kms from Hamilton to Mahia Peninsula (just south of Gisborne) via the coastal road. Lorraine, Doug, Stefan and me! They sailed to Gisborne from Queen Charlotte Sounds (top of south island) and met for the day, which turned into a night of cards till 1am
