Leaving the Bay of Islands we headed back through Auckland and across East to the Bay of Plenty. we stayed 2 nights at Papamoa right next to the beach.
Nice afternoon in Mt. Maunganui and walked the base route of the mountain. Had awesome ice cream in a hand made waffle cone delish
