Our little campervan took us to beautiful Mt Manganui

After a bit of luck we found a campervan that we absolutely love it.....a week ago we got it. We went to backpackers car market that was advertised in hostel where we stayed at. We found the place easily and it is located in area where there are lots of interesting shops such as op shops, tattoo shops, etc. Anyway, when we arrived there we thought that it would be hard to find something cos my husbands expectations are too high sometimes. We were helped by staff and bought beautiful Toyota Hiace campervan that we really liked. We did two checks before we bought it, legal and mechanical check and it came up with good results. Everything was sorted in 1 day. We transfered papers from sellers name to our name, purchased third party insurance and ferry tickets. Sellers, the French couple was very happy that they had sold their van quite quickly and for good money 😊)) I think it was a bargain. That they ended up very good. A couple that sold us van asked us to drop them off to friends house that is in West Auckland. We couldn't say no to them and did so. We arrived in Kumeu that is around 30 minutes driving from central Auckland. Their family friends Lisa and Tristram asked us to stay for dinner. Lisa, Tristram, Florian and Christine were so kind. After having nice dinner with them it was a time to go back to hostel but they did not let us go. We all had a feeling that we have known each other for a long time. We stayed that night in their beautiful villa. In the morning, after having breakfast we had to leave them. Beautiful isn't it? We are still in touch with them and will visit them when we go back to Auckland. To meet lots of nice people in just 1 day is amazing. Helpfull staff from backpackers car market in Auckland, random French couple that was just selling a van at the market and their friends but random to us...........amazing
