Been quite busy since my last entry. Having had a few days in Singapore, I carried out a line check on a crew to Shanghai, then had a few days off before a flight to Auckland via Sydney. Four very enjoyable days in Auckland ahead of a 10 and a half hour flight back to Singapore, arriving Singapore sunday morning. Unfortunately, I was flying on each of Everton's last 2 matches when they beat Sporting Lisbon in the Europa Cup and Manchester United in the Premier League. Way to go Toffees! Spurs next.

I am in Singapore until friday when I am checking another crew into Shanghai, then a simulator check ride on sunday followed by 6 days off.

Just to add a little spice to the proceedings, we find out next monday if our second course of IVF has been successful - fingers crossed.

Hope you like the photo of Sydney harbour bridge. Its a little hazy and not perfectly composed or in focus - but these things tend to happen when you are using a zoom lens from the flight deck of aeroplane on final approach to Runway 16R.
