Around the World in 72 days

The Big Trip is nearly here. Our ship has already sailed, we weren't on it but we haven't missed it and our suitcase was onboard.......Confused? Read on.

17th February 2012 we depart for Hong Kong where we will stay for 3 nights. We then fly on to Adelaide where we pick up a car and spend 2 weeks exploring the coast as we drive round to Sydney.

Meanwhile, our ship Black Watch left Southampton on a world cruise on 11th January and our suitcase full of, we can't remember what, was on it. When the ship arrives in Sydney it will be at the half way point on its world voyage and we will join it here for the second half of the voyage.

Follow the Blue Line from Sydney across the Pacific calling at New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Fiji, Bora Bora, Tahiti, Marquesas Islands then on to Peru and Ecuador before navigating the Panama Canal, then Colombia, Curacao, St. Maarten, Antigua with the last port of call the Azores before reaching Southampton.
