Woke up to thick fog and an early start ! Went to Cobar famous for it's copper mining - we went to the heritage centre to learn more about the area and copper mining. Went for a walk in the local park and Met a police dog called Riley, on her day off ,for a play!

Carried on with a really long drive to Broken Hill . On the way we saw lots of Emus and goats .... also some wild horses H' wsome !!!!!

Decided to stay at Broken Hill tonight - and are off to Womera early tomorrow . Send you another blog soon. Love Abbie

Looks good to us
How much bigger is the distance you have travelled compared to Land's End to John O'Groats? What is the price of diesel? It will be interesting to know what you eat when camping. Road kill is good if fresh!!Enjoy your experiences. Love from Nana & Grandad

A tad jealous of the White family!
Sounds like you are having a fab time. Helen has just informed me that you could have borrowed our road kill cookbook!!! Helen has also asked for Mike to be aware of ping pong balls in Broken Hill!!!! Not sure what she means! How is the camper going? Where are you now? It is an amazingly vast country with so much to see and do. Look foward to your next blog Abbie. Alexander is in Sydney with his Aunty Cate and Uncle Steve. Today he spent the entire day at Luna Park, enjoying every ride. Tonight he is out for dinner 'pancakes at the Rocks' and tomorrow a 3 hour whale watching tour. An action packed few days. I will let him know about your blog. We look forward to hearing more of your wonderful adventure. Lots of love, B, H and A xxxxx
