FINALLY, cherry popped

Hello everyone, how is the winter going? it was 42 degrees here the other day, %$^&ing hot man....SO I have been transfered to a different station....I now work at Station 8 , Liverpool....it is very simmilar to Station 202....we have a pumper, Platform and rescue....1 Station Officer and 7 guys....I have been there for 2 full shifts and already had 2 major fires, one was a shopping plaza, and one was an apartment unit with persons trapped, and a wicked vehicle extrication....and the news paper did an article on me and the exchange program...lol...

Other than my new work assignment, nothing else is really that new....meeting so many new people and keeping so busy, i hardly get a night to just chill out, but then i never really have done that...lol...

I am looking forward to seeing my Dad and Sis (Nicci) who are here for Jan 17th....till the 5th of Feb then Brind and Price show up here on Feb 3rd....i think i have got a couple months off so i can travel with everyone...

ALmost forget to mentione the riots going on here...there are racial riots happening at the beach i live at (MAroubra) and Cronulla...it is the biggest racial riots Aussie has had....All the cars in MAroubra got smashed on Sun night and there were so many fights and people lighting fires and smashing shops...gotta be careful around here right now...

but anyway...

DAMN AUSSIES
Well you know Australia started off with a bunch of deported criminals Chad so I see nothing much has changed. Maybe the heat finally pushed them over the edge and they decidied to riot to cool off. Might as well do it at the beach so you can look at the girls in the bikinis between rounds. Ask Brind when he gets there about the riot we nearly got into at the Bills game we went to (if he can remember that is). Keep up the good work. WOODY
