Tuna tastes good raw. It needs to be very fresh and sliced very fine, then dip it in light soya sauce. Yum!!

I am impressed. There are some big fish in those photos! Yummy dinners too. It looks like you are having such a wonderful time. What do you catch with hermit crabs? I thought they were pets not bait. We watched a beach polo game on the news tonight that happened in Broome on Cable. Did you see it?
