Day 44 (Wednesday 03-June-09, NJJ)
Jay hardly slept last night due to the blisters on his feet, his blocked nose, ear ache, itchy feet, sore back and the heavy rain pounding on the roof of the van. We had the drive from Dongara to Perth, arrived around 3pm. Eventually found a car wash to clean the van (part of rental contract) so we wouldn't end up with the cleaning bill. Got to rental office at 3.50pm, deadline was 4pm. I was having palpitations that we weren't going to make it back on time. We got a train then a bus back to Luke and Lisa's for our last night with them. Luke cooked us Penang chicken for dinner, it was delicious. We spent the evening chatting, said our byes and then went to bed around 11pm.
