Classes Re-begin - August 6-13, 2007

So Week 1 of classes began on Monday, August 6th. I don't have class Monday or Tuesday this semester, so I had a bit of time to relax before I started class again.

Monday, Thursday, and Monday I had some intense skating practices as we prepared for Nationals - the subject of my next blog entry.

Tuesday night I went to see "Knocked Up" in Fremantle with my good friend Henriikka.

Wednesday I had an INTENSE day of classes from 9:30AM to 6:30PM. But all my classes are pretty awesome so I got right back into things easily.

Saturday I headed into Perth to meet a new friend, a Japanese girl named Mayumi. She was at Murdoch for a month taking an English course so I offered to show her around Perth. It was a nice day, which finished with a trip to the movie theatre to see my favourite movie - Blades of Glory. I think I laughed harder the second time 'round. ("Remember how they used to be alive??")

Other than that, I had some mad packing and preparing for my departure for the East Coast!
