Other snaps from other corners..
The Victoria National Gallery has an amazing entry with a wall of falling water (recycled!) and during the celebration of the FINA 2007 and the promotion of the next Rome 2009 there was the premier of the Movie-Documentary of the story of the "Piazza Vittorio Orchestra". The idea, (born 4 years ago, soon after September 11)was to put together 16 musicians from 11 different countries, speaking 8 languages and of 4 different religions.. Mario Tronco is the author of this beatiful project of a multinethnic orchestra where each of the members has to play a tipical instrument of their region/coutry and thus create a unique fusions of sound and rhythm.
And everything started with no money, funds, and very little time for rehearsals..!
