big trip

kinda what weve done sof far! went back on ourselfs a couple of times though

.... its been a while..

after returning from cambodia we went stright to bangkok then watched transformers the movie (which was awesome and i have now seen 3 times) and then got the night bus down to south thailnd and then a ferry to Kho Samui!!

the island is one of the biggest down here but still only takes a hour n a half to drive round on a moped! ... going very fast of course!

its a bit touristy well more then a bit...

we stayed on a nice quiet beach called Lamai its was cheap n pretty clean! we went jet skiiing which was awesome! hit 85!! yeh..

had a few bonfires on the beach with some friends..

it all kicked off tho when kari's (icelander) brother and his 5 big icelandic friends pulled up along side us on the road jumped out ( out of nowhere, we didnt no if we would meet them) and bundeld us intro there jeep and drove us to the Samui shamrock irish bar... it was the start of something beautiful!! we saw the greatest live band in the world!! OVADA!! words cant describe, please watch the videos. they did a show in the same bar 6 days aweek from 9 till 1 and rock harder then any band ive seen!! we saw them 4 times!!

other then that we went to some other big clubs.. one with a pool in ! rocked out there.. made friends had a ..good time..

everything was going well.... untill pats card stoped working.. at this point i still didnt have my card so we were screwed.. not going into it because it was way to much hassle! basicly we missed our flights and had to borrow money from kari (life saver) to pay are huge room and food well mainly drink bill..

but we did finally get off the island and as we had 8 days to wait till our new flights we decided to head straight to pai!! north thailand as it was soo rad last time!!

got there rocked out so hard with Gold from shisha!! did the shisha challange again another 24 shots of vodka in 2 hours 25 mins!!! well it wasnt pretty... pat got sent home for abuse and i was a little sick...

anyway had a cool time much nicer then bangkok!

flew to oz...

having spent money a lot faster then planed oz seemed even more expensive then i thought it would be!

we hit melbourne and went straight to see bella and jordan (my flat mate from england) it was amazing seeing them again and we had lots of fun rocking around the city...

we even managed to covince kari to not go home but to come with us! which was cool!!

due to lack of funds and general exahustion we spent alot of time sleeping..

and unfortunatly thats about it for oz weve moved our flights forward so we leave for chile in 3 days!!

its just too much like england.. and id rather spend my money somewhere different..

peace

Adventurelicious!
Dude! I just caught up on the last few journals - I can't believe how much you've done and all the places you've been (well I can - it's just pretty mad that's all!). I dunno where I have been for the past 8 weeks - just messaged you on facebook I think or myspace or something. Basically been doing loadsa stuff and went to Slovenia for a week which has the best mountains ever! It's like a mini version of Lord Of The Rings style landscape there man - awesome! Man - I reckon that's a good plan to head to S. America soon cos Oz is pretty like the UK in some ways - but especially if you just came from madly different places like you just have! South America is gonna rock man - at least as much adventure as you already had in S.E. Asia man! I'm loving the blog and I bet that it doesn't even scratchthe surface of your whole experience right? I'm planning on going on a long trip next year now I reckon - ideally 2-4months, but depends on the businesses and how long they can survive without me being here LOL! Ok bro - keep it real, big ups to Jordan and the crew and big ups to Pat too. Have a great time in Chile! Alan P Hill
